far
Looking at it I reckon its either a publicity stunt or she has faked the sale and got the car hidden somewhere to teach him a lesson, no one would get rid of a 25k car to a complete stranger for the sake of teaching him a lesson unless you where totally and utterly loaded and I dont think DJ's get paid that much do they? terribleturner
The bloke was just on Richard and Judy. He mentioned on the radio that he'd leave his wife and kids for Jodie Marsh and she chucked him out. Seemed slightly odd to me too, but who knows. JustGav
I've just sat down and thought about it... And actually the wife can be done for selling an item without consent and the purchaser being in possesion of stolen goods... How is this explained.... Well, the log book v5 is simply a form of registered keeper details, and is mentioned on it, registered owner does not indicated registered owner.. So if he can prove he has paid for the vehicle, receipts and stuff then the care legally belongs to him.. Same with my company car, I'm down as the registered keeper but lex own the car.
