Sorry for off topic but how do they compare to the Eagle F1, rain, road noise, grip

In my experience, I've found this so far (as I originally was using Eagle F1s):

Rain - better

Road noise - similar

Grip - same, if not slightly better

No tramlining either.

Are you comparing brand new Goodyears with brand new Falkens? I get the same result every time I fit a brand new tyre of the same make. New tyres feel brilliant compared to old.

When I bought my car it had a pair of (fairly worn) Falkens on the rear and they were complete ditch finders.

I've been through several sets of GSD3s, and a pair of fronts of the Falkens so far, but haven't experienced worn Falkens on the rears yet.
