Are you comparing brand new Goodyears with brand new Falkens? I get the same result every time I fit a brand new tyre of the same make. New tyres feel brilliant compared to old. I've been through several sets of GSD3s, and a pair of fronts of the Falkens so far, but haven't experienced worn Falkens on the rears yet.
