Help, can anyone transfer from vinyl to CD?????

What type of audio out does your record player have? If it has phono out (think thats the name. usually looks like round connectors red and white next to each other). You can get a cable that converts that to a 3.5 mm jack that will go into your PCs microphone / line in connector. You can then use a peice of software that will record the album and seperate the tracks. My uncle uses it for converting his tapes to CD. I'll try and find out the name of the software he uses for you tomorrow if nother better (or cheaper) crops up.

I don't have a record player, not owned one for over 25 years !!!!!!!

Can you not get it digital like, iTunes or something? Ive got a Technics turntable with a good Ortofon cartridge if you want to borrow it lol

 

Dude I struggle to send an email, I need someone who plays with stuff like this for a Hobby, I figure there must be a member who can do this. Its quite obscure.
