Scott
I thought the same thing, but not sure. If youre a good driver you can drive on any circuit with practice For circuit driving yes, dogbox offroad driving is a different kettle of fish though. Granted they could automatically drive better and much more fearlessly than mear mortals but that was some SERIOUS offroad driving. The other guy was a pro circuit driver and the "stig" pulled in the 15 second lead, or whatever it was, with 2 miles to spare. Massive rally experience IMO. That is of course if it wasn't staged. I'm sure it has been openly admitted that certain shots are re-done to make them look more impressive.

L18msy
I wasn't too keen on the new Ferrari, however the rally driving was impressive. Not as good as last weeks but i still enjoyed it.
AndrewOW
Yeah, the grass overtake was phenomenal, the speed that they re-joined the tarmac at was unreal. Do you reckon that was the same track stig? I thought it was due to the sleight height and build. However I was thinking that the new Stig was in fact Sabine Schmidt but I don't think she has that kind of off road experience? Chucked a right spanner in the works that one Funny you should say that, because when 'James' came out of the caravan, 'he' crossed his arms very effeminately, IMO. I was expecting some hip action too after it. The plot thickens. Plus, having Boris on as well, maybe a clue too. The rally stage was great though, and that new Ferrari is starting to lose the plot too.
adnanshah247
that overtake in the end was just unreal, i was actually gob smacked, that new stig is definately a rally driver, theres tell tell signs everywhere on how he was absolutely throwing it at the bends!!! Wez
How about Ken Block?
johnny g
How about Ken Block? That's a good shout. But, would Ford allow him to drive that car? Probably a F2 Rally Driver, or maybe one of the Ford test drivers.
Scott
I can't see it, Ken Block is 6'2 or something like that. The new Stig is about 5'6, check him/her out next to hamster.
garethr
...new Stig is definitely a rally driver... More likely, there were two "Stigs" in that episode.
Scott
More likely, there were two "Stigs" in that episode. That's what I was thinking, they were strikingly similar though (In build/stature obviously lol)

AndrewOW
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/02/02/top_gear_mexico/ I thought all that was a little uncomfortable viewing, and I'm not surprised at the reaction either. One day, someone's going to have a pop at one of them IMO.
