Hi MAtes !

I intrudoced myself in the newbe area!

I bought myself a MKIV N/A auto Supra and want to delimit her. I bought via ebay a delimiter from this company and they have online the fitting instructions, but when I read the HOW TO topic, it seems that this thing is a bad one ( the installation seems tooooo easy...????)

can anyone help????

Are you looking to only delimit or do a delimit and speedo conversion to mph?

The unit you have bought is a generic convertor which will screw up the PAS and several other things if installed as directed. However, it can be installed at the dial loom to correct the kph signal to the speedo and even to delimit it (well to 186mph at least!) via a spur to the ECU, but I personally wouldn't bother as it'll still cause the PAS over-correction issue.

As Steve mentioned above something like the Thor unit which has both a clamped ECU signal for the de-limit and a corrected PAS signal is essential. There are other units available via ebay which do both but they are quite rare to find.
