Obviously don't just turn up in some worn down jeans and a t-shirt, but being comfortable in an interview is always important. I ticked smart casual as sometimes a suit can be a bit much, it depends on the company and the job though. I'd make a mix of 'Formal' and 'Smart casual' if it was me.
