Looking for £485 the set, P&P would be £12.80, insured, to UK mainland addresses. I can post pictures tomorrow. They have had new top seals fitted recently. Sold without warranty though, as they are used dampers!!. They come with the optional Tein pillow ball top mounts. You can buy and fit the EDFC control units to make them in car adjustable for damping if you want. They are the Control Master "Flex" model, the installation instructions and Tein details are at http://www.chriswilson.tv/tein.pdf A photo of a similar kit, but with stock top mounts is at http://www.soarerworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28789

All the adjuster rings are free and lubricated, the bottom body lock rings are all also free and lubed. The adjusters for the damping rate are also working correctly. In fact all the things that are usually wrong with used coil overs are right with these :) They give a good, but firm ride, and would be useful on a track day without being at all unpleasant on the road. They will fit all MKIV models. The Tein list price for new ones including VAT is £1128.

Please use e-mail if you are interested in these, I am at [email protected]

Sorry going off thread but i have the Tein MonoFlex Coil Overs on my car and the pillow ball's are worn out, you say above that they are optional but Ive been told they're not. Can you tell me what the alternative is to the pillow ball mounts so I can replace them?

(I'm assuming that the different models are all similar in the way that the mounts work)

The ones in the first link are on stock top mounts, you might have to turn up some spacers, I don't know as I haven't tried. Easiest way forward is to renew the spherical bearings in the top mounts so they aren't worn.
