Domestic plumbing question

I assume I have a tank in the loft I've never been up tbh. I have a hot water tank in the airing cupboard. Main bathroom has an electric/power shower en-suite has a normal shower. Lived in the house a year and don't understand how the heating works. I know how to turn it on and off and to timer however I have no idea how to change the timer times. Lol.

It sounds like you should be able to fut a pump, but you'll need to get someone round to see how suitable the system is :) If you get some more details on the system, i'll see what I can do (on here)

 

BTW, i'm not a plumber (I don't want people to think i'm trying to drum up business on here :D ) I used to run a plumbers merchant for 3 years, and worked there for over 10, so I know a thing or two about spec'ing plumbing/heating systems :)
