dr_jekyll
yea the dual mass flys cant be skimmed. these are fine, i have had mine skimmed with no issues, make sure you use a good engineer that can remove the locating studs and correctly replace then, and they must take the exact same amount from both faces . ie the contact face and wher the pressure plate bolts on. Parry_10
ok so where the contact face is thicker than the face where the pressure plate bolts on this needs to stay the same? and cant all be skimmed flat?
dr_jekyll
no , it has to be the same as it goes towards how much pressure is clamped againsed the friction plate.
