Markie
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what would be the likely cause of the brake pedal having to travel quite far down before the brakes start bitting in? Pumping it a bit does help the pedal travel less before the brakes really bite in, but wondering if all have this little problem. As with good brakes I would of thought the pedal should not have to travel very far to fully apply the brakes and have the pedal/brakes feel very hard and sure.. Thanks.. Lazarus
When you do get the pedal to a point were the brakes are effective does the pedal still travel but slowly? This would indicate a leak. If the pedal go's hard and stays hard it's air in the system.
