Rob_Mitchell
Well started to mess around with the front bumper and trim it up to make it fit nice with the FMIC. Well happy with how one side has gone and the other side is all marked up ready for cutting tomorrow, the side i have done clears the pipework nicely, just need to order some black mesh up. Rob_Mitchell
Got another little job ticked off the to-do list today. Fitted the stainess steel straight plinth for the radiator, needed modifying but got it fitted nice in the end. Ordered a blitz 1.3 bar rad cap from Whiffbits and some HKS water blank off pipes, so should be here soon. staying on tonight to try and get these gearbox coolers mounted and also finish the front bumper trimming. Rob_Mitchell
!!!! that is one mental clean bay!!!, i wouldn't want to drive it! ha, good work mate cheers mate. update Got the bumper all sorted now, just waiting for some black mesh to turn up for the side vents. Found a decent way of mounting the gearbox coolers but i need to fabricate a frame, but its all planned and next on the list of jobs. Slowly getting there
Rob_Mitchell
Got some black mesh through this morning from ebay. I cut out what a needed and re-did the 2 side vent on the do-luck bumper, has come out really well and are obviously slighty bigger now than a stock do-luck. Im not keen on having the intercooler open without a meshed bumper, so i think it will look nice and tidy keeping the bumper meshed. I Black stone chipped the underneath again for freshen it up and also black spray painted the inside of the bumper again. Just got to wait for the sikaflex to go off and the bumper is ready to be fitted for arrival of the do-luck bonnet

David P
Should the front lip ever need repair you may regret the Sikaflex, but looking good.

Geo
looking rather spiffing Bud, although i'd change the blue intercooler pipe to the black coupling, something that would annoy me.

Rob_Mitchell
All power steering lines and gearbox lines are nearly completed, just need to mount the gearbox coolers and attach the lines going to the coolers... then run the lines neatly. Got my new blitz rad cap and hks blank off pipes today from whiffbits, as usual the delivery was very fast and service was top notch. fitted these too. Rob_Mitchell
bumper on and lights in, all ready for the do-luck bonnet now. had some sneak peek pics sent from simon (baldy) and he is doing a nice job on the bonnet, had to order some more catches though as i bought the wrong ones. Really loving the front mount intercooler sitting behind the mesh, finishes the bumper off nicely. Such a good kit by SRD. Looks really aggressive now.
