changed my cam breather fittings from blue/red to AN-12 AN12 90 Degree FastFlow StealthBlack Hose Fitting

i think it will look better as the theme is- chromed, black, polished and gold plated :D and the cam belt is the only colour as it looks awesome through the perspex.

Been a bit quiet this morning at work so i cracked on with the alternator housing and got that all finished .

for some weird reason the back plate i mirror polished wouldnt gold plate so i just left it polished and still looks nice.

Test fitted the pulley but going to get the centre nut gold plated, so ill just wait for that to be done. All the little touches make things worthwhile.

There is so much left to do.

your work is definetly paying off. all the time you are putting into it is really showing.

That motor looks awesome!! Certainly is going to be up there among the greats of awesome looking engines! Funny how you notice more parts and pieces when looking at the pics of your engine lol,

How much more you think you have left to do dude?

If i can get it up with some of the best i will be a very happy man.

well, off the top of my head

1) turbo, down pipe and midpipe, oils lines and gaskets

2) new exhaust system

3) ecu- standalone- what ever ryan g suggests

4) injectors

5) srd radiator

6) srd intercooler

7) electric fan kit??

8) all gauges ect for inside

9) gearbox coolers x2

i know there is lots and lots to still buy and do, but thats the fun of it. Once i have done as much as i can and got the engine in, i have a trailer to get it to SRD for him to give it a once over and sort most of the wiring jobs and that out.
