Josh
This happened to some people on the same night when they had updated the software on their iPhone 4s. Who sets an alarm on a Saturday anyway?

PJ
I've got an iPhone 4 running 4.2.1, I've just set tested an alarm with each of the settings available; Weekends Saturday Every Day Each one worked exactly how they should.
Morpheus
I've got an iPhone 4 running 4.2.1 Did it sort out the battery issue? Mine's still 4.1 and draining twice as fast. There's a fix but didn't want to risk resetting everything. Where's the alarm anyway? Setting a calendar/event reminder is the only thing I can find and that just worked. Ed. aha! In Utilities, silly me! Nope, mine doesn't work either with 4.1 so will plug it into iTunes for an update. Thought it would popup on the phone but anything bigger than 20MB needs iTunes download iirc. Will update with result.

PJ
Ah, that's the only one I didn't test as I very seldom use that type. Just tested it and it's not working for me either.
Abz
3GS, looks like as the article says single alarms don't work and repeated ones do. Looks like this will fix itself on Monday 3rd Jan.

marcAB10
Ouch! I did that to my 3G in Prague last year, total ball ache! Insured? nope as it was £15 pm for insurance.. feck that! lol i actually did the same to my 3G but i fixed it myself for £10 as you can buy the replacement screens on ebay.. unfortunatley the iphone4 needs the digitizer replaced at the same time as it's bonded to the screen... just bought a complete white kit (front glass, back glass, home button, frame and digitizer) so i can fix it myself but it burned me £130! :/ For some one who looks like a hobo you have lovely clean fingernails wow, a dig and a compliment.. unsure what to say... Seriously though, how did it happen? I have a 4 and didn't think they would break like that. Regarding the alarm, I upgraded to 4.2.1 and it only goes off when you select repeat, as previously mentioned.
