Supramega
Hello. I need to remove the orginal "water oil cooler" and relocate the oilfilter because I have not enough space in my opel omega engineroom. I have serched alot on the internet, but I cant find enything that I think looks like it`s good quality and wil fit bolt on. Adapter with thermostat is a big plus. Does somone have som tips or website url`s to somone that sells what I am looking for? Thank you Edited December 28, 2010 by Supramega (see edit history)
Nic
HKS, GReddy and Blitz do oil cooler kits, oil filter relocation kits, adapters and other parts. http://www.greddy.com/products/ic-oil-rad/oilcooler/ http://www.greddy.com/products/ic-oil-rad/oil-blocks/ http://www.hkseurope.com/cooling/oilcooler.asp http://www.hks-power.co.jp/products/cooling/oilcooler/index.html http://www.blitz.co.jp/products/cooling/oilcooler/oilcooler_rs_rd.htm
Supramega
Thanks... But I olnly need the "sandwitch" I have hoses, fittings and cooler.. so I think it`s stupid to buy a very expensive kit and sit back with double up of parts. David P
Take a look at Barney Brendans "N/A supercharger build" thread, he has done that to his.

Chris Wilson
Looking at your second photo I am assuming you have room for a short oil filter on the adapter, and you want to have a normal oil to air cooler behind the grill? I have adaptors like that with a built in thermostat so the cooler is only used once the oil gets up to temperature. E-Mail me if you are interested, I can send to Norway, no problem. Please tell me more about the conversion, sounds an interesting swap. Good luck.
Chris Wilson
I have found some photos of a very similar adapter I made for my Skyline engine, they are at http://www.gatesgarth.com/RB26_in_build/rb26.html
