Charlotte
I'm trying to find a hotel in Paris (with parking if possible). I don't want to be too far away from the main 'stuff'. Does anyone have any recommends? I can do the generic trawl through sites but I find a personal review is better sometimes.

clapyohandz
This one has a parking lot right in front of it where slammed supras can park night and day ( I tried) It is literally 2min away from the Champs Elysées. Pretty cheap too. http://www.hotels-emeraude.com/hotels/plaza_etoile/presentation.htm

Chris Wilson
The Ritz is excellent and frequented by many famous names. I'd avoid the hotel's own drivers though.

Chris Wilson
Having just been driven back from the pub by my wife, through snow and black ice, I capitulate, the hotel's drivers are probably fine.
monsween
This probably isnt much use but I stayed in a set of hotels about a 40min train journey outside Paris. I was there for 3 months and found the train in and out every weekend was just perfect. One tickets gets you everything. Much easier than driving everywhere. Place was called val de europe And there were heaps of hotels and a massive shopping cebtre come retail outlet
clapyohandz
^^ Indeed, there is a big shopping mall at Val D'Europe ; we had a little supra gathering there this year Not too far from Paris as well. The hotel I mentionned is right on the spot, Champs E, Arc of T, Concorde. The subway is right there too.
