Finished off my battery and washer bottle relocation today- thanks to john (hodge) for the info on the washer bottle relocation

 

I then decided I wanted to hide the washer bottle as well so I was looking for places in the boot and came across something suitable. Im pretty happy with it all shame I had to move the sub box forward so it doesnt sit as nice as it did but I wanted the battery in that position so I didnt have a choice really anyway heres some pics

I couldn't fit the relocation bottle there due to oem 5th speaker taking up the space!?:(

 

Hmm I didnt have a speaker there not quite sure what your on about but can you not just get rid of it? just have front and rears or do a sound system set up like I have done. Im sure that oem 5th speaker is probably doing naff all anyway

Little update: Got the car back from rob a few days ago heres a couple of pics of how the engine bay is looking now. Over the christmas break im taking the car into work to weld/smooth the holes in the engine bay ready for it to be sprayed in 199 silver. Also Im going for an alloy rad, twin electric fan set up and a pulley set.

 

I have now also wired in my digital gauges and I think they look pretty sweet I havent seen anyone else with these gauges on the forum I could be wrong though, they come with built in dimmer switches so Ive dimmed them down so I wont have bright gauges in my face at night. You can either have them in blue or red depending on how you wire them up which is pretty cool- ive gone for oil temp and pressure which ive run off a sandwhich plate and a boost gauge. The gauge holder was custom made by Noz and hes done a top job, also I got him to smooth the passenger A pillar and spray that as well. Anyway enough talking heres some pics:

those gauges look sick, im well impressed. where did you get them, cuz it makes mines look naff! :thumbs: bay looks sweet!!!!

 

cheers mate, yeh I like them I wanted to go for digital rather than the normal needle gauges as not many people have them and it looks more upto date, I got them direct from prosport from the USA arrived around 3 weeks later

made use of the free ramps today as the workshop is closed over xmas, so I started to crack on with smoothing the holes in the engine bay. For the larger ones where the loom usually routes through I made up plates and welded them on through the back and then covered them with seam sealer and will underseal as well. Also fitted a new rear crank seal. Doesnt look like much but I have spent 7 hours non stop on it today the holes in the engine bay are so time consuming and im no where near having it finished.
