Dnk
Sounds about right I think I may go with Admiral as they quoted me £1200 and I'm all ready with them on a Multicar policy so I can just swap cars and then get the discount on top of the £1200 quote Double check they are insuring you on the correct car, if you do take out the cover with them go through the policy documents very closely when you get them. dont assume anything or the rare uk 6 speed you buy might not be covered. Good luck and £1200 sounds pretty good to me if thats for real and not for a mk3

Good luck and £1200 sounds pretty good to me if thats for real and not for a mk3 Well with Lancaster the guy, again said "is that the RZ model?" so I said "no, it's just a UK spec car" and he said he couldn't proceed unless he ticked 'RZ' so maybe he was quoting on an import. I'll call Admiral later and see what they can do. Thanks for the advice, I'll double and triple check the documents when I get them and make sure everything's ok. Yeah if it's all cool then just over £1000 would be great
Dnk
Theres no maybe about it Josh, the RZ is an import. Have a look in the FAQ section, all the models and their variants are there in a PDF file.

Cool yeah I know and I've seen the table but it's just that he couldn't continue without ticking 'RZ' or 'SZ' so he ticked one. Maybe they don't have a UK model on their system so I wouldn't go with them as obviously it would invalidate the insurance. I think Admiral will be best so I'll call them tonight or tomorrow morning. Thanks again Dunk
Scooter
Josh FYI the uk manuals are often listed as "TOYOTA SUPRA TURBO 1993-1996, 2997cc, 3 Door Hatchback, manual, Petrol" on the insurers drop down menu's so no mention of twin turbo which could throw the insurance person :-)

I'll tell them that next time I just need to get this sorted ASAP then sort out money and I'm ready to buy
