neo2810
Other half? Christ, after spending £1k on the kids (for which I blame the other half) she'll be lucky if I allow her to watch Xmas day with us. On a serious note, we tend to spend large on each others birthdays but set a challenge on Xmas (making it more about the kids) of getting gifts for a small cash limit, £50 this year... Sooooo, on that note..... HELP!! She already wants "Sex and the city 2" so I need £40 of stocking fillers...

Josh
UGH. Waste of money. Because they get eaten, die and melt? I wouldn't buy them but it was the girliest thing I could think of What would you like that costs £40 Charlotte?

imi
Stick a sock in it to make it tighter and you could call it 'Imi'. Just sayin.... I'd like IMI to stick a sock in it with his conspiricy theories i'm assuming that you meant "conspiracy", if so what are you referring to? RedM
Thanks Imi. Depending on what answers I get to this next question I might take you up on it. Can Vista 32bit SP1 utilise 4gb ram or is it a red herring? I remember reading that PC manufacturers were shipping with 3gb installed due to limitations but then MS did something with SP1 and it can now 'sort of' use up to 4gb. Will buying 4gb be a waste of money if some of it still cannot be seen?
Ricky49
I bought my missus an MVP stage 5 head, Carrillo rods, billet main caps oh and some brembo brakes. I'm hoping she won't want them and I can use them.

Charlotte
What would you like that costs £40 Charlotte? This rather amazing =tags&includes[1]=title&filter[0]=handmade"]coffee pot. As it's just under £40, fizzy sweets would make up the difference.
ozz
I'm guessing the people spending loads on their OH aren't married? My wife doesn't do presents, certainly expensive ones as its 'our' money anyway and if she wants something she buys it rather than wait once a year and hope I remember. I suppose we should do the thoughtful thing like make stuff, I do vouchers occassionally for things like 'mucking out the horses' or 6 hours field maintenance but half the time I forget to reclaim the vouchers, and I'm sure she's photocopied them... Purity14
John 3:16 - She'll get what she's f'kin given! Through that verse, we were given Jesus for Christmas, and for those that believe, we have eternal life - because God loves us so much
caseys
Some stuff from Tiffany's, a spa day with her mum being the top two. Tiffany's have some bloody cheek... you have to spend £750 to qualify for free delivery, which standard delivery is £5!
caseys
John 3:16 - She'll get what she's f'kin given! I just prefer Numbers 22:21. Purely due to the bash.org top 100 post I know about it though...
