O&P together at the start for a split second to get the weight transfer forwards (can also use this later on if the guy stops leaning forwards).

 

Then Q&P together to get one foot underneath you. Don't do a full extension - you need to keep the guy leaning forwards.

Then O&W to do the other leg the same way.

 

Rinse, repeat.

 

It's still damn near bl**dy impossible, because you have very little margin for error as to the timing of switching legs - in half an hour of trying I've not managed more than 10m, but I've done it with decent running form.
