pezzler
I have read on a number of occasions that these symptoms can be caused by a malfunctioning speedo convertor - looks as though you have tried everything else, its worth a gander

Terminator
Have you checked for continuity between the TPS pins and the loom?
Guigsy
I get this problem. It's definitely not speedo converter as mine is a uk spec and the speedo converter fault is different lights and different error code. I've been told it's a prob with the abs sensor but I'm not sure about that. Because the Manu mode and trac control doesn't work Although you can still shift through the gears the manu light doesn't work on the dash and the Manu shift logic doesn't work. My problem is that it's intermitant and very annoying as if I want to use Manu I have to turn the ignition on and off till the lights don't come on. Luckily while at the drag strip last time it didn't happen. But sometimes i can turn the ignition 10 times before it's ok. TT Paul
guigsy quote I've been told it's a prob with the abs sensor but I'm not sure about that. if it was abs sensor then i think abs light would be on and abs would not work. had this with mine jspec abs light on was front sensor
Lee P
Make sure you have calibrated the TPS sensors correctly on the Trac buterfly as this will cause a problem. It has to be bang on.
