Netbook help PLEASE!!!

This is my teenage daughter's netbook. She can't use the internet so you can imagine the grief I'm getting at the moment. For anyone without kids no internet= end of the world. This despite having a desktop and a smart phone:rolleyes:

 

Anyway, all programs work ok, it's just the internet. Video below.

 

 

Any help/suggestions gratefully received. Will have to be in English though, I don't speak geek;)

 

Please save me from the earache and a big repair bill

if you have another computer available I would first download the installer for the firefox browser, put it on a USB drive and install it on the netbook. Then through firefox download the latest Internet Explorer and install that (should you choose to keep IE).

Looks like she is one of these people who like to have 4 squillion browser toolbars open
