mikeyb10supra
Having not brought a laptop for some years, I was wondering the cheapest place to get one these days? Used to be pc world but I can imagine places like tescos are good now? Is it worth trying a few places first and haggling? Cheers Mikey
Matt H
Price runner is good if you know kinda what you want. Comes up with the best prices for a particular unit. In my search, I've found amazon generally has the best prices.

mikeyb10supra
I only really use it for surfing, music and would prob need MS office as well so I was looking at around £350-500 ideally but could go over if I needed too. Only other thing would need it to do would be to link to the databases at work via sql developer or toad if I ever work from home so would need to factor that in. MaveriK
Medion stuff from Aldi is cracking for the price, when on offer. Dell outlet store has stuff pre built and returned, just amazing prices. Novatech for those who are happy to load their own OS.
