Hi All

looking to shift one of my celicas so i can move on to the next step as it were ;)

The ad

Gen 6 celica GT in black (UK car)

2.0litre 3S-GE engine 16v

129500miles-ish

Tax till end of April 2011

MOT till end of Sept 2011

Main mods include:

TRD stainless exhaust (official - rare)

TRD replica body kit (front and rear spats/side skirts)

TRD spoiler (not sure if a replica or not, if it is a replica its very good)

Late spec/JDM rear clusters and looms (UK clusters and looms included with the car also)

Omp racing steering wheel -30-32cm diameter

K&N 57i induction kit

blue hoses in the engine bay

TRD oil cap in blue

TRD engraved billet alloy lighter plug

Poly engine mounts

lowered around 30mm all round

Front original strut brace

clear side repeaters

JVC CD/aux in radio

Plasma glow dials (wrong rev dial tho, car goes to 9k rpm, but dials stop at 8k. red line starts at roughly the same point though)

front indicators smoked

white toyota alloys (could do with repainting. Minor curbing and paint missing here and there)

Recently serviced:

Full service at the start of May 2010

All belts (cam/timing,alt,PAS)

Oil and oil filter

Spark plugs (not sure of make, but cost £14 each)

Clutch oil and fluid

Brake fluid

Coolant

New Driver side CV boot

New front brakes (EBC sports pack discs’ with grooves and dimples and standard EBC pads)

Really nice to drive, bring a smile tyo my face from time to time :)

RR'd at Tritons at the begining of the year: 140bhp at the wheels before the service, so may have clawed a few back

Previous history available (MOTs/some servicing etc) previous owner (Nakamura)under took most of the work though, so there’s a fair few receipts for parts etc Clutch was also replaced late 2008 (roughly at 120k miles) and is still strong. no sign of slip. i've only done 3000miles in the year i've had it.

Car runs very smoothly and is a great drive. its very responsive and go's when it needs/you want it too :). Tyre have 3-4mm+ each tread wise.

The inside of the car is also in pretty good shape. no major stains/marks, very small hole on driver seat bolster. Also a Non smoking car so no cigarette smells or burns

The Bad:

things I’ve not got round to fixing yet;

Rear wiper does not work- I’ve replaced the motor but to no avail- wiring issue? although the rear window demister is pretty good at clearing light rain -NOT an MOT FAIL issue. You could either solve the issue, or remove it and go for the smooth look.

The usual small dings/dents and scratches for a car this old. no major damage though, most of its hardly noticeable. You could probably clear 95% of all the paint work problems with a good pro detailing or if you've got the patience and skills have a go your self.

Front tyres were noted as advisory on MOT (approaching limit)

Very small bit of rust on n/s wheel arch lip (spare front wing included in sale - needs to be repainted, but no rust and in better condition than current)

Car will come with good space saver spare, and original tool kit and jack etc.

Think that’s about it, I’ll add anything else if I notice it/remember it

More pics available on request

Looking for £1000ono

The engine bay is a bit cleaner than the pic below, i've been slowly cleaning it. Also the rad clamps and battery brace or now painted blue (similar to the blue hoses)

thanks

iain

feel free to come check it out if your local bud. Masses of capacity for storage (compared to a Supe) and can easily carry 4 people (i've even had my mum and nan in it) :)

yeah shes a good solid car, but due to my impatience, and the bad timing of selling, i've had to drop the price quite a bit.
