Any reason why you want the blue? Theres better specced piggybacks out there...

Not really i need a piggyback for my na-t and a lot of people on club na-t had recommended them and theye’re pretty inexpensive... any ideas on what else would be good for a reasonable price

for a similar price dude? you snowed in in lincoln?

Nah mate, I left to go back down south on monday, if Id waited until tuesday morning Id have been snowed in :( Gotta try and battle my way back up today though...

Emanage ultimate, AEM F/IC, dunno what your budget is but the better the ECU the better the results you'll get. Emanage units are old hat now.

Ultimate is near twice the price, AEM unit is more limited AFAIK, and the EMB would nicely run a Supra from BPU to 600bhp single a few years back - what's changed with every Supra out there suddenly that means it won't work?

I'm idly sniffing around for an EMB to stick on a 3.9efi Rover V8, hence me spotting this thread :)

I'm running an Emanage Blue on my NA-T and it does the job nicely. If i had the funds i would look into a stand alone unit, but you'd need to budget over £1k. I've been reliably informed the blue is good for upto 440BHP as long as everything else is up to the job. Had mine on for 18 months and i'm running around 380BHP with no issues :D Good luck tracking one down!

yeah i think im gonna go with the emanage instead of the stand alone for now due to the huge price difference plus i have a w58 and have told it wont hold more than 450bhp so i wont be going for too much power for now

The blue will do whatever power. I'm running near to 500bhp at the mo and will be going to 600bhp on my 1JZ. The only restriction is the injector latency. You can't change it with the piggy back to gotta stick to 50% of original injector size. For the money the blue is an awesome bit of kit.

How much are the blue selling for at the mo cos I could be tempted into selling mine with software as I'm starting a big project.

Yes and No because the 2JZ runs 440cc as standard on J Spec cars so you can run up to 660cc on the 2JZ. It's because the emanage uses the standard ECU map and just adjust fueling and spark timing. With the higher latency large injectors it gets inaccurate so are restricted to 50% of original engines injector size.
