hackin_n_bashin
I'd be up for it, wouldn't be able to remove my rubber coating though, and my half arsed attempt at flocking would have to be sorted too!! Would need to be asap for me though

hackin_n_bashin
it only takes some thinners, scotch cloth and a bit of time mate, and somewhere to do it. at the minute i have none of the above, and am housebound!
Nic
it only takes some thinners, scotch cloth and a bit of time mate, I'd be careful with thinners melting the plastic. I've de-ruberised a loads of dash sets and found the best thing to use was meths or white spirit and a plastic scraper, comes of easily, but take a fair amount of time to do all the panels. An alternative to flocking is getting the panels water transfer printed, there are all sorts of different effects you can have, these are some carbon fibre effect ones. Very hard wearing too. http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/304/dsc06324no2.jpg http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/8239/dsc06326ux5.jpg http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/8061/dsc06327il7.jpg

Nic
i ment white spirit, sorry, what kind of cost do they come out at nic? any idea? I don't know, I use to offer the service, but no longer do them. There are companies in the UK I think that can do them, I think Jazz1 knew a company. Marty
My mate runs a company specialising in flocking, http://www.autoflock.co.uk/ He did all the dash panels, inner door handles and window switches for £80 i think it was. Really good job and looks superb. Flocked dash pics never do the actual finish justice but its a far better look then anything else i've come across. Graham S
If I can get a complete set of panels then i'm in. Will this include the option to choose different colours? Plus i'd like to do my entire dash while I have it out, so maybe a group buy on different parts, i.e, Complete dash and panels/door switches and then just dash panels etc?
