peter richards
this is whats confused me only ever been with ntl/virgin then up to three days ago my business e mail was working fine , but i had a log in block appear when i opened outlook express asking for username and password and nothing i tried worked so i phoned them and the first thing he did was to empty the e mail acounts of which one was the business . so when i asked him why i had just removed it he said he needed that box empty to help him add the virgin one , which at the time he couldnt do it took four other phone calls to get the virgin one working , but that left the business one now gone and they couldnt re add it . Awisto
You'll need your settings from your web hosts that host your website Pete, as you use [email protected] Can't see it being a Virgin problem, but more Outlook settings etc
peter richards
ok ill see if i can sort that the web hosts are a company called PMC. it was virgin that deleted the initial e mail account last week, and then once it had gone i didnt know how to re activate it
