Purity14
I went on a little journey in the Supra the other day to Angelsey, and about half way into my trip I found myself in the middle of some sort of blizzard. Epic crashes everywhere *NO GRIT!!*, I was in super defensive driving mode. I was doing about 20mph in the slow lane and a Black BMW hooned past me, lost it and span into the central armco. (Picture attached) A woman in a focus in the fast lane stomped on her brakes, didnt let go and sideswiped the person infront of me into the grass verge. Crazy day, but it wasnt snowing on the island and it was a nice view. Apologies for cameraphone pics, I wish I had a good camera with me that day. monsween
You had a bad day? Someone sideswiped me in a focus while getting angry at the supra man taking pictures
Gaz6002
You appear to be taking photos while driving in the snow. That is biblically sensible.
Neil-NA
Its a good job your passenger was taking the pics in your LHD supra But quality none the less
Purity14
I have to confess, the rearward shot of the BMW wasnt taken by me. I would have had no chance at taking a picture that accurately at such a jaunty angle without looking. You should be able to just make out the passenger in the final shot

Purity14
They are both awful pictures, very blurry and obviously shot from the driver's side. I can account for the first one, but the second one no way could I take that - sorry to burst your bubble, it was a passenger lean-over jobbie.. If they are that bad, perhaps i could rent a tripod and quality cameras, or even a camera crew to drive up and down the a55 trying to recreate the same scenes and incedents for your perusal? Or you can just interpret the pictures

jonathanc
Yeah pretty bad day today for me as well After dropping kids off at school I drove home and practically yards away from my house I crashed into a pavement. I was only driving around 15mph but because of construction nearby the road is very muddy and icy. The builder that saw the crash just laughed and walked away didn't even bothered to offer help! http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/3715/dsc0247i.jpg
The Raven
Epic foolishness.
BazzaAlpine
If the mud on the road was a contributing factor I think the construction company becomes liable don't they? Unless they had signs up saying mud on the road.
Josh
Hopefully the people that caused the crashes got a whooping.

Purity14
I've never seen your Supe before. Was it real twitchy in the Supra? They didn't grit the A55 until later that day. It was like driving on an ice rink, no sudden or abrupt movements and you are okay. Isnt snow driving just realy good fun in the sup. Get some great entertainment whilst tootling along. BazzaAlpine
Well had my first drive in the snow with the supra today. Talk about nurves on a knifes edge. Roads were really slippy but the Supra handled it fine. Even managed to get up a couple of slopes (the is east anglia though remember ). I never wnet out on snow but it went out on ice a couple of times just to keep the battery charged. The 452's are not as grippy as the SP9000's I had on my/your NA..!!
