mistertwo
The week after next, I'm heading on a bit of a road trip and plan on taking a sat nav just incase I need to find something, end up broken down in the wilderness etc. Anyway, I haven't bought one yet due to all my miles being around places I know, or motorways. If anyone has anything they're looking to shift, let me know. I don't need anything fancy, just something that comes with a cigarette charger and something to mount it in the car with. I don't want to pay a lot of money either, after my week away it'll probably end up never being used again! I thought I'd ask here before buying off someone on eBay! Cheers, Josh
Branners
track down the Binatone B350 at Tescos or Misco. You can run TomTom on it if you want, or their own built in software is fairly decent and has some good features that Tomtom doesnt. Usually around £35 for the device if you shop around. You can also load new front ends on to it and play games and MP3s with it. Really a great device for the price.

edge
What phone do you have? I use a £5 app Ndrive one on the iphone but it can be slow at bits (maybe the phones fault?) when you need it like roundabouts etc. And i use the co-pilot on the htc and prefer that to tom tom i had on my older htc. Ok nps mate. Toying with the idea of getting a Sat Nav with built in Bluetooth handsfree atm... I use the free Nav software on my Desire but I've also found them to be a little bit on the slow side. Not good in busy city centres!
