Tyson
yeah noble are very good but expensive... then again you pay for quality.... It's only twice a year so worth paying for IMO
steve spedd
yup... but then if its twice a year do you take it further to one of the garages on here?
Scooter
I would urge you to DIY.......the car is no more complex (and a darn sight easier for some jobs i expect) to do servicing work on than your previous cars. There are also some great write ups and how to's on here..........all fluids are easy, the plugs take a little while but are realistically a one off and even the cambelt isn't too bad.........an NA is IMO very diy friendly......what is putting you off? Eddie-S
Thanks folks, I did think of Noble, but did think they were more race orientated so might go and see them. I don't mind paying for quality but can't see the point in paying loads of money for labour on stuff that I can do myself just as easily so will continue to do filters, oil, plugs etc myself, was just thinking of basic tuning really on top of 'normal' DIY stuff. Cambelt done 9k ago so not got to think about it for a bit...
