Jord
Though i'd bump this up, 9 weeks today and counting Nice job! I've got nothing against smoking really, both my parents smoke. It's always just seemed like a massive waste of money to me more than anything.
Abz
Well done, you are doing well I smoke sometimes, though it is more of a social thing, I used to smoke before (though only a couple of years). Then kicked the habit when I noticed the habit was kicking me when playing football! Though it is all will power. My Dad smoke almost 30 a day & did so for almost 20 years & then one day after an arguement with my Mum, he just quit! Since then he hasn't smoked (15 years ago) and his still going strong at 59! marc_p
I'm one of those lucky one's, I used to smoke about 10-15 a day for a few years, then a few months ago I just couldn't be bothered to get more cigarettes and found out I can just turn my addiction on and off , literally if someone told me I could never have another cigarette again, it wouldn't bother me in the least, so now I'll have an occasional week where I'll be a smoker then go for a few without one, it's kinda like Coca Cola, I just have one if I feel like it not because I feel I have to. It's will power my friend! All my friends pretty much smoke, they can't understand how on a long drive I can go through a packet of fags & then as soon as I am back I don't even feel the urge of having a fag. I personally hate the smelling of it but it sometimes feels nice to have one!

It's that nicotine rush that you have it's been a while since your last one, I love not having one for like 2 weeks, then smoke 2 at a time and go light headed, I know, I'm weird:d

I'll probably quit at some point, but not quite yet
