So the car is down at LeeP's just now, wont be getting it back for a good while, in no rush, and id rather Lee spent more time on it, as im 8 hrs away from him, i want the car 100% before driving home.....

So.....

1 - Insurance is paid for the Year. Do i need to Tell Sky its not at the Given Property?

2 - MOT up 2nd December

3 - Tax up on 31/1/11

Whats my Options here?? Since the car will be off Road until say April ish.....?

1. Lee's insurance should cover cars at his premises. So you'll be ok there.

2. Let the MOT expire of the car is off the road

3. Declare the car SORN now and claim back a little tax.

Then in April, have the car MOT'd and taxed ready for the show season.
