Animal
Insurance companies are scum. All they do is lie and take the piss. It took me 5 years to get any money out of them when I had my bike accident in '94 and I had to fight every step of the way. My insurance has been going up by nearly £100 every year despite being claim free, I'm now paying more than I was 6 years ago. I'm seriously considering just getting the cheapest 3rd party, fire & theft cover I can find next time and sod the lot of 'em. Really hope you get everything sorted dude, its an absolute pain, but you have to fight for everything it seems.
