Annoying Active spoiler problems

HI Guys, I am going to explain everything in some detail so this might be long.

All started off with me changing the speed converter on the sup to a Thor one as I was getting a code 42 & a red triangle.

Once the thor was fitted, the tri-angle problem went away however the active spoiler never dropped @ 60mph. :)

I got one of the tuners here to have a look at it and they noticed that the PINK cable that goes into the active spoiler ECU was disconnected (explaining the manual operation of the active spoiler before) - they re-connected this wire and the spoiler retracts @ 60mph as designed. - happy bunny

OR I thought until I drove the car on the motorway and the red light came on @ 80-85 and the spoiler retracted itself at that speed. (code 42 again)

Sometimes the spoiler doesnt come down itself @ 60mph either.

When the car is parked the active spoiler operates fine (no obstructions or anything)

And what even strange now is that if I disconnect the pink wire that goes into the active spoiler ECU, the speedo, ODO all stop working......:drown:

What could the problem be and how do I fix it?
