Has your single started pulling a LOT stronger in this weather or is it just me?

Hi everyone, i've jumped back into my 2JZ single gt4094r and its feeling a hell of a lot faster than before, i know the intake temps are lower but DAMMM, my racelogic is working overtime and when i do get traction 130+ its BLOOOOOODY fast. Just wondering what you guys have to input on this

Colder weather means more power, and RLTC will be working harder as cold tyres and greasy/wet roads = slip....

I guess its to do with the air being colder, im not so great with engines but more air = more power! so in the winter the air is thicker and cooler and in the summer the air is hotter and thinner. i think:D

LOL reeaaaaally thick! ive had many supras and other turbocharged cars and have experienced the "spaz out mode" as i call it when you feel id say an extra 30-40hp increase but this felt more like +100hp nos, and just pulled harder and harder as the revs climbed. maybe its got something to do with me plumbing my wastegate back into my exhaust, although i thought i would have lost some power but, i saw .1bar more, maybe this coupled with the cooler temp has given it the extra oooomph

It`s all to do with relative air density, the denser the air the more it can expand when heated. hence more force applied to the piston under combustion.

Cold air = denser air = more oxygen = bigger bang = more power.

so do FMIC's make a considerable difference to performance, even when still just BPU and not single?
