Elmo
I few weeks ago I put a 3" straight through catback S/S exhaust on my N/A and removed the 2nd cat, apart from it being incredibly loud, it lost a lot of acceleration and it became very thirsty, I put the 2nd cat back on which solved the noise, acceleration & fuel problems. jayl
i got a double decat pipe so cant put just one back i thought when you decat the twin turbo it should give more power which it may do but do i need a fcd and fuel pump upgrade first to sort this out ? Graham S
Have you tried resetting the ECU? Do a quick search as to how to do it and that may help.

Homer
Read this: bpu You can't just decat a TT and expect it to run, the boost will run away without some control of the boost, it'll overboost and detonate even without an FCD fitted. You MUST: - Get a boost gauge - Get a restrictor ring - Fit an FCD - Fit a new fuel pump - Fit a colder grade plug - Check your intercooler is in top condition
