Homer
I have an NA 5spd fitted and it looks like the clutch is starting to slip. I plan on swapping the engine for a TT at some point in the future so need to understand clutch compatibility.. Are the flywheels on the NA and TT the same? Can an uprated clutch for the 5spd NA engine be used when the TT engine is fitted (I'll be keeping the 5spd box)? Lastly, any recommendations? I used a Southbend DXD on my last single 6spd and loved the stock feel of it, are there any stock feeling uprated clutches recommended for the 5spd? Paul Whiffin
The 5 speed and 6 speed gearboxes use different clutches and flywheels. Its not the engine you need to worry about its the gearbox. I've started a thread here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?233582-Competition-Clutch-clutches-and-flywheels for the clutches/flywheels I sell if that helps? Thanks Paul
Homer
I see, thanks for clarifying Paul Your prices seem very reasonable for the NA clutch. I have a couple of questions so will ask in your thread
