JamieP
What about the arches then? You had them on your last car.l Nope, I don't like anything veilside, shortly after fitting them arches i decided I never liked it and sold the car. JamieP
Some might call that extreme Veilside isn't that bad Not the only reason I sold it of course, I built the car as I wanted a show car, once built I felt embarrassed driving it, it was to OTT for me. Bailey.
All I can say is the best thing I've done to date was my veilside evolution'exhaust!! He'll of piece of kit and can't say a bad thing about it!! But that rear spoiler......................

It was/is a superb looking car. Still one of my all time favourites.
j_jza80
Some of the wheels they made were nice. I also like the RX7 and NSX Fortune kits. They may be frowned upon now, but they had a massive influence on car styling (or lack of) in the 90's. The Veilside drag Supra was a bit of a weapon GlKn4Kbmomg
Matt H
Not the only reason I sold it of course, I built the car as I wanted a show car, once built I felt embarrassed driving it, it was to OTT for me. It was only the bonnet and spoiler that was OTT. The options in kit that you chose fitted nicely into the supra lines and you kept a stock colour. Then again, you are getting on a bit so... Rob_Mitchell
i dont mind the side skirts but think the front bumper and spoiler is hideous, if i built it again i would change my side skirts but hey s**t happens and not every supra is perfect imo. marcAB10
And that horrific veilside supra won the autosalon the year it came out:D never seen anyother bodykit company win the autosalon with a supra besides veilside and top secret...not even the modern kits have won....thats all i got:D....VeilSide rocks!! That's because afterwards they realised their mistake and made sure they were never going to embarras their selfs again.

evinX
Lets delete the old people from this thread, if your over 30 then your opinion on styling cars, counts as a big fat 0...and all of a sudden veilside is nice again
James
There are only 2 things that are Veilside related that shouldn't be killed with fire. The main one (very nearly the only one) are the Andrew wheels:- http://wheelplaza.net/QuickShop/files/586_1_367.jpg The other is the Fortune RX-7. http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/9448/2018600419b654e07a5cv0.jpg However, that is only allowed to be saved from fire sometimes. Depends what mood I'm in. Other than that, bye bye. Shame, don't get me wrong, but it will have no effect on me whatsoever

Even down to my car, I have VS skirts and arches but if I was to build from scratch i'd not put them on. As for JP's comment, he has his own opinions, just like everyone else, Again, my orange car is different... again if I was starting from scratch it would be black not orange. I'd always say my last car was just perfect. A standard looking UK in black. Again, my personal choice is I prefer the UK lighter interior than black but then again i'm sure over 95% of people on here would say the opposite. I'm 30 myself and I know Jamie is older than me but you've only gotta look at his car to see he has done a perfect job on building the nicest supra here, I got my first supra at 22 and didn't like the VS kits back then either! mwilkinson
I like the veilside kit (biased I know). Certainy no worse than the do luck kits Anyway, surely someone must hold some stock. I refuse to believe it's impossible to find a genuine set of overfenders?
