neo2810
Stage 2: tomorrows dyno day... Passed my MOT today with just 1 advisory regarding the HiDs. Apparently you should have self righting suspension if you have them fitted (eh?)... Anyway, with double decat, custom manifold, custom exhaust and custom induction, my emmissions came out at 0.202% and 126ppm so well within the boundary for a decat test. Tomorrow I see what the cars putting out, will report back
Stephen G
Apparently you should have self righting suspension if you have them fitted (eh?) Cars that have xenon light as std have sensors on the front and rear suspension and the headlights self adjust from them all the time when driving to stop blinding on coming traffic. well done with the mot Edited November 14, 2010 by Stephen G (see edit history)
neo2810
Cheers stephen, that makes sense. I wonder how easy and costly it is to have the mechanism fitted?
hp006
thought you have to have adjusting lights not suspension

Guigsy
Never seen that about hids thought you just had to have adjustable headlights and projector lenses which the supra has

(Unless I've just supplied the next "boot release" thread)
Guigsy
Maybe it's a uk spec thing. Can't remember if my spec had it. I have an ajuster wheel near the ignition that moves the headlights up and down
