It is a term of endearment in Scots, it means that you are being overly pleasant to someone. :)

 

In that case you are a sook yourself :D

 

I'd have said sook = softy :)

 

Sook is basically just a way of saying you're a suck up in Scots. Perhaps a more eloquent way of telling someone they're a suck up / kiss ass :)
