bodilx6
Anyone have an idea who sells these?
Wez
If they still exist you could try Steve Manley from Toyota.
Nic
Note brake discs are very heavy and expensive to post, if you can't get in Denmark then find somewhere as close as possible to buy them from, a UK Toyota dealer or one of the UK traders on here may be the best option. bodilx6
Thanks guys. I have tried Toyota in DK and does have other places I might try. Just wanted to check if they were widely available in the UK. Doesn't seem so.. - I'll check up with Mr. Manley, thanks

Chris Wilson
Are you saying TRD made a special disc at one time, for the big caliper brakes? If you are after something to fit the large stock calipers, but a bit "special", I did Wez some floating AP discs on alloy bells. I can do more, but they are expensive. TRD do discs for the larger brakes, I'm pretty sure they are the same as stock though just slotted. http://trdparts.jp/english/parts_brake-disc.html

Chris Wilson
In which case we need Wez.... I am fairly sure he has posted photos of them in the past on this forum. I don't think I took any myself.

Chris Wilson
I still have the CAD / CAM files for these, so can do more, maybe Wez will remind me how much they were, I know they were quite dear as I had to take stock AP discs and machine them down slightly. bodilx6
Cool, Chris! However, they don't look like the TRDs. They were grooved, but that of cause doesn't make all the difference. Actually, after having waited for 5 weeks I finally got pricing for them through my local Mr. T. They would be £455 for a set of two fronts + VAT I also got quoted the same for the two rears but as far as I know there only exists TRD discs for the front. Can anyone confirm this? - but then again, I think just fronts will do nicely for me. I don't even think I need them compared to stock. Track pads and nice fluid will probably do nicely. BUT its just a nice place to spend a bit too much. I don't want to think about if my brakes will bite going down through "foxhole".. Chris, are the ones you supply track discs or how do they differ from OEM discs?
