Havard
I knew someone would be pedantic. You can live in the 1.55 m2 then. I'll have the 7.34 x 7.34. No wonder you are not moderator material.... H.
monsween
Not another fairly straight forward maths question. Have the schools failed that badly? (No offence intented loopy)

Scott
Not another fairly straight forward maths question. Have the schools failed that badly? (No offence intented loopy) To be fair it is a difficult problem if you are not a high end computer user and can't put your hand to a calculator. Computer methods - Easiest way to do it would be to google an automatic calculator. Next option is to change the windows calculator to scientific mode (scratch that, normal calculator has root, just not squared)
monsween
Fairly straight forward in being the square root of a number. Calculators and Converters are a must tho. I admit i need converters as i never know the factors lol

H. You've got me beat here. What are you on about? 7.355 x 7.355 = 54.096 That would mean that the calculation leaves an additional 0.006m squared. 7.34 x 7.34 = 53.8756 That would leave you 0.2144m squared short.
