mrgee2jz
What trd diff? New or used? Built in the case? As I am thinking about getting one.... Used, was on an 830hp drag supra for a few runs, then i bought it and installed it in my TT Auto, not sure why as its only bpu, Built with casing, im not sure of the ratio but its the quickest to lock up ive ever seen Its also got the ratio from an auto, 3.75 approx so quicker 0-60 on a 6 speed
davej705
How much are you after for it? Is it prefacelift casing or post facelift casing,I have been told they are different.
Swampy442
Pre and post are the same but 6 speed is different, thats how i understand it
sdistc
Is it prefacelift casing or post facelift casing,I have been told they are different. Pre and post are the same but 6 speed is different, thats how i understand it Pre-facelift is V160, and 220 mm crown wheel B03B diff. Facelift is V161, and 200 mm crown wheel A03B diff (same as auto TT torsen). To swap to early model diff, you will need casing, TRD diff for 6 speed (only come in 220mm version), and LHS driveshaft. mrgee2jz
How much are you after for it? Is it prefacelift casing or post facelift casing,I have been told they are different. It's the smaller type diff, I paid £700 for it, I wasn't really planning on selling it but I suppose i could now use that money towards a nice manifold now, the reason I actually bought it was I was planning to make this a 1000hp supra but then changed my mind as I ran out if cash I had the engine built and everything ready as well
mrgee2jz
Auto diff in a manual is bonkers - i likie I have an n/a manual LSD in a tt single 600hp and that's soo quick! 1st gear is virtually pointless unless your stuck in traffic but it's very drivable
