Swampy442 Posted November 7, 2010 Share Posted November 7, 2010 Theres a nice bit of common land near me where people walk their dogs, have picnics in the summer etc but recently its been invaded by horses. There always was 3 or 4 but this morning there was 16 of them. And theyre nothing but a menace, I personally have been chased a couple of times by them when they were in season and so has my brother, and currently the place is like a quagmire. IMO its just irresponsible owners who cant afford to, or just refuse to stable their animals. I mean theyre not mistreaded, they seem clean enough, some have coats on so its not like theyre neglected. Can I ask the council to do anything about it?
