ADD
are you driving it hard for that 260 miles? mine is completely standard soop though
mawby
I only get 260sih to a tank when using Optimax. Hmm me thinks somat aint right...Not at all. Mine was all crusing down the motorways at 6am. 60 miles each way, rarely having to slow down or accellerate and more often than not nevering actually having to stop at any junctions/roundabouts either. 260 seems reasonable for town driving or a spirited driving style. mawby
mmmm think i may get it looked at then Mine was also modified (see link in signature) whereas yours in standard. I don't think getting between 200-350 is anything to be worried about.
Soonto_HAS_soop
Mines been doing 190-230 a tank of Optimax!! But I drive like a loon at times, and love keeping the revs up for that lovely exhaust note.
ADD
im sure within the next week or two that figure of 300+ is going to decrease hugly cheers all
tbourner
In the last week of driving up and down motorways, I've managed 640km on £60. Which I've just worked out is 400 miles, £60 is about 71.5 litres round here, which is 15.7 gallons - making it 25 mpg!!! That's not bloody bad!!!! Maybe my odo overreads by 30% I don't know but I'm still pleased!!!
heckler
410miles, but... was in TTC worked out at 28mpg
Whitelightning
160 - 280 miles here. I could empty the last Supra (Whitelightning) from full in under 1 hour
francis
Only had my Supra for a couple of weeks now but I've been keeping an eye on the fuel consumption (filling to top and recording miles), the first tank I got 22mpg which I was quite happy with on a mixture of motorway driving and town driving, since I had just got the car and was testing it out a little I thought things could only get better, but the last couple of tanks have been 17mpg and 18mpg on Optimax, I think it's about 270 miles on a full tank, pretty steep! I have found it seems to be a LOT more economical on the motorway though, I can get about 100 miles out of a quarter tank n the motorway according to the fuel gauge. nickyboy
That sounds about right - I used to get 400miles for a tank driving economically - I found that the MPG doesn't necessarily drop that much because of town driving but more because you can't resist giving the accelerator a little squeeze every now and then! ADD
i have been dreading constantly filling her up but its seems that i wont have to do it as often as i thought
terribleturner
I average 250-260 to a tank. I think i nearly had 300 once
garetheves
are you driving it hard for that 260 miles? mine is completely standard soop though Its a mixture of motorway and town driving (mainly motorway), usually taking it easy on the faster pedal but with a few spirited drives, if ya know what i mean.
