Oil change help

Got my oil, filer and gromment, on with the change! would a write up with pics make it as a sticky?

 

I hope so (unless it's a How To sticky already, I haven't looked). Changing the oil is something pro and amateur mechanics can do in their sleep but we all have to start somewhere. There's one or two tips and tricks to make the job easier/more worthwhile. Most of that stuff is elsewhere on the net, but things like the location of the sump plug can be confusing to first-timers.
