Animal
South Lakes Wld Animal Park in Dalton-in-Furness is offering free entry to everyone from now to the middle of February next year We've been a few times and it is a really well-kept & presented zoo. All the animals look happy and a lot of them are (relatively) free-roaming and not separated from visitors (Lemurs, Wallabies, Penguins and Emus from memory). Last time I was there, I had a swarm of Penguins trying to eat the bottom of my walking stick and following me around the enclosure much to the amusement of everyone else http://www.wildanimalpark.co.uk/

Animal
'tis irony... I have been known to confuse Gorillas - they cant understand why something as hairy as them is on the other side of the enclosure, lol.
