Wheel offset of ET22 on the rear

Is Et22 on the rear on a 18x10 no good for the supra? at the mo i have 18x9 with 45 (i think)

 

would there be any improvement in handling etc with the extra inch?

I currently have 18x9.5 et 22 on the rear - but a 10" will rub unless you stretch a tyre on:)

18x10 +22 will stick out past the wheel arch. Pic below is of 18x10 +32 wheels, the ones you are asking about would stick out 10mm further.

 

Handling would be worse, grip would be a little better.
