Chris Wilson
Maybe it's more unique in the flesh, just seen this, quite by chance, tonight, I was quite surprised it drew comment. I can't say I have stood track side and heard it for myself, I am always behind the wheel. It may be the straight cut gears, or the direct drive engine cooling fan. I removed the viscous for extra cooling: http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/143901-skyline-oulton-park-today.html
Josh
It sounds pretty good, if a bit quiet. Fast though
Chris Wilson
I have it silenced to be under 100 Db static and capable of passing all UK circuit drive by limits. It's pretty much as quiet as stock, exhaust wise The wife always says it's one of the very quietest cars at most track days. When I get serious about getting some weight out of it she should go a bit better, still pretty much fully equipped and road legal at the moment. Josh
It sounds nice, sort of sounds supercharged as it's coming towards the camera. I've always loved Skylines so it's all good by me I think I'll want a quiet-ish exhaust when I get my Supra as I'd like to have a go at some track days. Pete
It does sound great, when we came to Oulton a few weeks back you always knew you were coming from two corners away. A unique sound on the track that day.
