BazzaAlpine
My son's asked for some for his birthday. You can pick up some turtle beaches for £40 odd but they are the older model. best ones are meant to be the X1 I believe as they don't have a background hiss from being powered but still a bloody good sound quality. TopgunTT
They are the wireless ones that just need some AAA batteries. The X41 are just too expensive at £150. They seem a better choice than the wired X11, However the X11 are only £40.

TopgunTT
my son wants wireless aswell I would say the X31 then. Yes you do get a hissing in the background as you do with all the wireless apparently, However when your so involved in the game you will hardly notice it. Hope i get mine
caseys
I always found wireless earphones had a little latency, so really annoying if you ever watch movies etc (just to warn you)
barneybrendan
all they will be used for is call of duty as thats what he sits on all the time.
Nicolai
Why bother. You better get some good quality headphones for that kind of money. Just my 2cents as the quality is quite poor.
TopgunTT
just been looking at them in argos. I see they are £90 in Argos, It might be worth waiting until one of their deals come back on if you buy from them. It ended yesterday spend £100 and get a £20 voucher, That would of been a good deal, You could of added some live points making it £106 and got £20 credit. Guest samurai infidel
i have the X11's and as long as you dont mind 20ft of cable going across your room then they are great. not alot of background noise, and the gameplay is completemy different now, being able to hear footsteps from the enemy clearly. I believe they are the cheapest otion to go for.
