Aero-M Posted November 1, 2010 Share Posted November 1, 2010 I agree with the lack of customer loyality. No where seems bothered anymore. Of topic but I have been with direct line for 7 years now. Insure 3 vehicles through them, and our house insurance and our life insurance. We have never missed a payment or made a claim, Yet my van insurance went up £260 this year. I did a compare the market quote and there wasn't one company on there as much as they were quoting. (cheapest) was £300 less than DL. When I called them to say what's going on they just said we are a good company to be insured with unlike many others and thats our best price. No loyalty at all.
